How To Make ½ Gallon Of Green Juice Energy Drink In 2 Minutes
Today we are going over how to make a green energy drink with just pineapple, banana’s, spinach and water. Making vegetable and fruit juice at home is an alternative to buying commercial juices and is easy to make. Green juice is great for boosting energy, helping with weight lost and is great to drink this to jump start your day. Green juice is also great pre exercise drink as it plants have natural electrolytes that will help with performance during training. Remember to repeat the process 4x to fill up a mason jar, 1 serving makes about 2 cups.
Ingredients: 1 Pineapple, 4-5 bannanas, 1 bag of spinach and water. This recipe will fill up a 8 cup mason jar
Directions: Cut about 1 inch off of a pineapple and remove the core and skin then add in the blender. Peel 1 bannana and grab a handful of spinach, add both into the blender. Add about 1 cup of water and blend everything together. Repeat cycle 3-4 times or until mason jar is full.
