1 1/2 Cups Of Organic All Purpose Flour

1/2 A Cup Of Brown Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Of Cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

1 Large Egg

1/2 A Cup Of Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)

2 Tablespoons Of Water

Bake:

Bake for 9 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit or 190 degrees celsius

Directions

To get started with making coconut brown sugar cookies, grab a bowl big enough to fit the dry Ingredients in. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit or 190 celsius. Add all the dry Ingredients into a bowl and mix them together with a whisk or fork. Once the dry Ingredients are mixed, grab the wet ingredients. You can melt the coconut oil while preparing the dry Ingredients by placing the jar in a pot of water (if it’s in a glass jar) and turn the heat to high until the pot boils. Once it boils for a few minutes switch it to low heat so the coconut oil stays melted. If the coconut oil is in a plastic jar, melt it on low heat covering the bottom part in a ziploc bag. You can transfer the coconut oil to a glass mason jar once it’s melted.

For the wet ingredients, grab another bowl and grab the egg and crack it and add it to the bowl. Add the 2 Tablespoons of water and 1/2 a cup of coconut oil. Mix the wet ingredients together with a spoon. Make sure the egg gets mixed in too. Once the wet ingredients are mixed, add it into the bowl with the dry Ingredients.

Mix The Ingredients

Use a spoon to mix the wet and dry Ingredients together. Mix the ingredients as much as you can with a spoon, then continue to mix the ingredients with your hands. Once the wet and dry Ingredients are mixed together, grab a 12×12 inch baking pan. This is a similar sized pan to a medium pizza. You can dab some of the melted coconut oil and spread it onto the pan with your fingers, or use parchment paper so the cookies don’t stick to the pan.

Grab the cookie dough and break off a 1 inch in diameter piece of cookie dough and roll it into a circular circumference shape until it’s shaped like a cookie. Continue to do this until you’ve used up all the cookie dough.

Bake

Place the cookie pan in the middle section in a preheated 375 degree fahrenheit or 190 degrees celsius oven and bake the cookies for 9 minutes. I check the cookies and 7 minutes and will taste one. If it taste doughy, the cookies need a additional 1-2 minutes. These cookies are usually ready at 9 minutes. Once ready, grab a mitten and pull the cookies out of the oven.
